TV Mounting Installation

What forms of payment do you accept?

At Bay Area Wall Mount, we accept a variety of payments such as Venmo, Paypal, Card, or Cash.

Do you provide the mounts or do we need to provide them?

The answer is both. We have our own mounts that are sturdy, durable, and that we trust. However, we can also install your preferred mount as well. If you need help deciding which type of mount would work best for your specific needs, don’t hesitate to ask. We are more than happy to answer all your questions.

Will one person be coming over to mount my TV?

By default, we send one technician for a specific job. However, if you require two technicians please mention it to us and we can send an extra hand to lift your TV. Please note that there is a $50 additional fee for the second technician.

How high should my TV be?

Upon arriving, our technicians start preparing the TV. Once the prep is finished, our technicians will take measurements and show you a few recommendations based on our expertise. We want to ensure that the level of your TV is in a position that you will be satisfied with.

What is the process of hiding the wires?

Our technicians make one hole behind the TV, another one directly below the TV, and we fish the cables through the wall to ensure that there are no wires showing. If you need a power bridge or an outlet, we ask that you please let us know your preference. We strive to take a less invasive approach so that there are minimal holes in your wall.

How long does the TV mounting process take?

Our technicians understand that each job is different and some jobs may take longer than other. It really depends on the size of your TV and the surface on where the TV should be placed. Rest assured, we strive to provide our customers with quality services at a quick and efficient time-frame.
